Dart Valley Systems are manufacturers of automatic washroom equipment and water saving devices. In my role at Dart Valley I have responsibility for designing and project managing the mechanical aspects of the companies new products from concept through to production, establishing and working with local and Asian suppliers to deliver new products to market on time and within budget. Responsible for the running of the design office managing three other design engineers in addition to my own mould design duties. During my time with the company I also dramatically improved the companies design capabilities by implementing and using SolidWorks to producing mould designs in 3D. Creating and maintaining project plans, project files, tooling data and records.
