Undertaking a range of different roles, I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the vineyard and winery. Tasks in the winery include fruit intake, fermentation management of fruit, barrel management and sanitation, filtration and analysis for wines pre bottling, Implementing and setting up Vintrace and Grapelink wine and vine software..

In addition to previous role responsibilities, as Senior Cellar Hand my duties included supervising and supporting Cellar Hands, implementation of policies and procedures and liaising with Wine Makers. In addition to my responsibilities, I am proactive at identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies, consistently shaping and contributing to positive.
