As the Head of ESG Models at Schroders, I set up a new capability within the Sustainable Investment team and have successfully grown a high performance team. We aim deliver cutting-edge solutions for integrating environmental, social, and governance factors into investment decisions. I have over 15 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on quantitative equity strategies and ESG integration. I hold a CFA charter and a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences.I am passionate about creating positive impact through sustainable investment, and I have a proven track record of developing, launching, and managing successful ESG products and solutions. For example, lead the designing and launch of our flagship Sustainable Multifactor Equity Fund, which attracted $4 billion in assets before its third anniversary. I also led the design and enhancement of bespoke, outcome-oriented solutions for individual clients, such as a low-carbon portfolios and high income equity strategies. I am adaptable, thoughtful, collaborative, and pragmatic, and I strive to get innovative things all-the-way-done.
