Product Performance Manager, Export Products
Current- Primary point of contact for the regions that receive exported products (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia, South America)
- Major accountability includes providing reports on the status of service related items that are currently being addressed through a cross-functional product concern resolution team
- Host reoccurring meetings through web services with technical service personal from other regions to ensure product concerns are being addressed
- Assigned responsibility as the Technical Service leader on new product introductions to ensure the product issues identified through product concern resolution process are designed out or eliminated on future products
- Develop product concern/issue reports based on information received from export regions and from the analysis of data from AGCO’s systems (warranty, case management, etc…)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers on product related concerns to assistant in identification of issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of the “field” solutions
