Results-driven Production Leader with over 15 years experience working in the Aerospace industry – in both practical and management roles, across a variety of business functions. Since joining Rolls-Royce in 2008, I’ve had the fortune of working at numerous Rolls-Royce sites in various business sectors which has allowed me to develop a broad understanding of the company and organisational functions. In addition to my practical Apprenticeship, I spent nearly 4 years on a fast track leadership programme which allowed me to gain proficiency in a variety of roles. I've since gained several years of experience as a Production Leader in a fast paced Manufacturing facility.I'm passionate about Engineering and spend my free time building, modifying, tuning and servicing sports cars. I also compete in my own single seater race car in the Formula Vee Championship.
