As a Super User, I also configured all user accounts and delivered training courses for shopfloor and support staff.

Based in the Marine Central Planning & Control team, I designed various risk management tools to aid on-time delivery of parts and early warning of supplier delivery failure. This placement required frequent travel to sites in Norway and Poland to understand sources of failure and ensure appropriate solutions were designed. This role also required stakeholder management of senior managers from various countries as well as cross-functional working with other departments, particularly Purchasing.

I was one of four team members responsible for the design and layout of a new Turbine and FanDisc machining facility in Washington, UK. I designed and implemented a management system for multi-manning machines as well as localised performance management and sustainment systems. The improvements I made to the sustainment management system were adopted by the RRPS team and are now taught as best practice.
