I am currently enrolled in the 'NatWest Commercial Banking Graduate Scheme' in the 'Customer Products and Propositions' stream. My first placement is within the NatWest entrepreneur's Accelerator based in the Bristol office. I have completed the MSc Finance and Investment course at the University of Bristol graduating 'with Merit', having completed the BSc Economics course the year previously, achieving a first class honours for my programme outcome. Alongside my academics, in the summer of 2022 I completed an internship in Grant Thornton's Bristol office with the commercial audit team to enable me to gain a firm grasp of the fundamentals of financial analysis and reporting before I attempt to apply these concepts to more complex problems. Combining this groudwork with a strong grasp of how the shifting macroeconomic environment affects the wider business climate positions me well to analyze complex business problems and provide the insightful and innovative solutions that will power the future. My areas of interest professionally are predominantly commercial and corporate banking, capital markets and corporate finance more broadly.
