As National Marketing Manager, I was responsible for co-ordinating the marketing for Jost Australia, the Australian branch of a multi-billion-dollar multinational company. This included creating an online presence for the company, updating its marketing techniques, continuing traditional marketing and branching into social media and creating a new website.I created and arranged publication of advertising and editorial. Created, collaborated and approved artwork for advertising, digital media and signage. I also was in charge of negotiating with trade media for advertising and editorial space to ensure maximum benefit for the company. I also planned the Jost stand at the Brisbane Truck Show, the biggest truck show in Australia. During this show, I implemented iPad surveys in order to gauge the real time effectiveness of show stands. I sourced promotional products and arranged give-aways and promotions.I implemented a CRM system in order to co-ordinate the sales team in a more effective way.During my time at Jost, I managed a team, budgets and strived to accomplish the KPI’s set. I reported directly to the managing director and collaborated on new product lines and catalogues. I also oversaw promotional and educational videos and technical parts manuals.

During this role, it was my responsibility to launch a new product line into the market. This required research, overseas travel, and negotiations in order to achieve the best results for the company.I oversaw the national sales team, ensuring that the information that they had was current. This included working with the Managing Director to set prices and continually expand my portfolio of products.
