Responsible for the development, modification and optimization of products in Ferro’sElectronic Materials product portfolio. Formulated, developed and characterized key front Ag and back Al photovoltaic pastes for introduction into the global market. Directed qualification efforts at key accounts worldwide through the preparation of new product introduction presentations, onsite customer support and the overall coordination of customer trials.-Managed a team of three technical service engineers and two technicians responsible for pushing new product qualification at targeted key accounts globally. -Worked closely with the Global Technical Services Team and acted as a technical advisor for performance-related issues.-Performed quick product modification / reformulation and development to provide immediate solutions to push product qualification forward.-Supported customers on-site with screen printing, screen selection and firing profile optimization.

Assisted in the development, formulation, preparation and characterization of various experimental and production scale thick film photovoltaic materials using a wide variety of materials.-Performed rheological, physical, electrical, and thermal analysis on experimental products.-Tested electrical properties of experimental thick film photovoltaic materials by fabricating high efficiency solar cells.
