• System owner of Palladium’s forecasting and budgeting application. Improved various systems for documenting guidelines and standards, logging bugs and enhancements requests and ensuring system availability.• Designed, built, tested and released a Data Warehouse for reporting on financial data. Substantially reduced reporting speed whilst providing additional functionality and flexibility around the data.• Built strong relationships with external software providers and internal ICT teams. Consistently made improvements to processes, reports and interfaces in order to improve the general user experience. • Developed a suite of SSRS financial reports to roll-out the new forecasting and budgeting application to the business. This included high-level board, project-specific and financial reports (including P&L and Balance Sheets). This was done with a high degree of accuracy to tight deadlines and provided immediate value to the business.• Supported and provided training for users worldwide. This included several months of remote training sessions to cover users across our offices worldwide and time in Australia delivering training to several offices in-person.• Used SQL to develop various Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Scripts and Jobs to improve updating methods, interfaces and testing processes.• Developed an exception dashboard to allow users to monitor and correct issues which were subsequently identified as areas to address either through training or improvement of business processes.

• Managed the reporting suite within the company, this included financial, logistical, HR, IT helpdesk, SharePoint and client specific reporting. Quickly learnt the way the business operated to support the high number of report requests and enhancements and to ensure they were dealt with promptly and accurately.• Created two Data Warehouses and associated Analysis Services packages as a proof of concept for the business as a more efficient way of handling certain reporting requirements. These were related to finance and OTIF (On Time in Full) logistical data.

• Catalogued the entire suite of the Company’s reports, liaising with users to identify which could be consolidated or removed. Reduced the number of reports down from over 1,000 to around 200.• Tested applications including till and warehouse software to assist with application fault finding. Helped to ensure that new software versions were reliable and accurate before being released into over 100 stores nationwide.• Updated user guides and technical documentation, to comply with Company standards, empowering users with up-to-date information.

Acted as main point of contact for several systems including Electronic Document Management (EDM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), payment and telephone systems.• Tested and released software.
