I developed and implemented marketing strategies to grow the 839 Media Brand. I worked closely with the president to ensure our marketing efforts were deliberate and effective. I specialized in social media marketing and networking in this role.I create and edit our social media calendar/strategy to establish our brand through social media, and to separate the 839 Brand from the fierce competition. I regularly audit our social media and online presence as a whole to ensure we are continuously improving and reaching greater audiences. I reach potential clients through an email marketing plan that I carefully developed and implemented over time since incorporation. This campaign has led to an increase of both overall brand awareness, as well as sales. I also assist the creative director with the creative process which includes: ideas generation, storyboarding, shooting photography/videography, editing, and delivery.In our first 6 months of operations, we won gold in the community votes competition for videography.My marketing efforts with 839 Media have led to an increase in following and sales each and every month since our incorporation.

I created various print and digital media items such as business cards, billboards, new listing flyers, infographics, post cards, listing packages, various social media graphics, etc..I implemented results-oriented social media marketing strategies to develop new leads for our realtors, as well as to grow our brand recognition.

I worked closely with multiple small businesses to create and launch their own customized e-commerce sites. I worked as both a creator of the site as well as an advisor to train clients on how to update their e-commerce sites post-launch.It was my duty to train business owners on social media marketing, to help them grown both their organic and paid reach. I was responsible for instructing business owners how to run an engaging sales-oriented, social media for their business.

I was responsible for generating leads for the inside sales team to capitalize on. My role was to get the Ramstar sales team in the door of new potential customers by cold calling and searching through databases to gain information about the buyers and decision makers of hundreds of North American manufacturers.

My responsibility with CBG Athlete Connections was to grow brand awareness and help build clientele. I worked directly with the marketing manager and president of the company to implement new marketing strategies to gain traction with this startup. Some of these strategies included: social media planning, graphic design, branding strategies, etc...

At Onyx Fitness, I was responsible for increasing the social media following on both Facebook and Instagram. I created content and launched a giveaway that led to an increase in following, clicks and likes. I successfully created social media content for various events at the gym that led to reaching capacity for each event. I was also responsible for creating an email marketing campaign to give users more incentive to use the facility. into the gym Finally, I was able to work with the customer loyalty database/program and learn more about loyalty programs as a whole, as well as customer relations.

In the role of marketing director, I was responsible for creating and posting content both online and around campus. It was my duty to reach as many students and community members with St. Clair Athletics content and get more fans at Saints home games. I also worked on student outreach for intramural sports and recreation. It was part of my duty to create a safe and enjoyable active space for all St. Clair students to have the ability to participate in sport. I was also part of the team that helped fund the St Clair Sports Park project, which has since led to more fans at Saints home games, as well upgraded the value of the College.Finally, I was part of the team that incorporated the St Clair Student Athletic Association, increasing the future value and operations of the Association.

I had a specialized role in marketing holiday charity events for the Windsor Spitfires. I created content and advertised for the Goodfellows Food Drive game night, as well as the Sparky’s Toy Drive Teddy Toss game night. I was also apart of the team that brought the inaugural Bollywood International night to the WFCU Centre, which sled to an overall increase of students attending Spitfires games. Other responsibilities of mine included cold calling local churches and schools to invite their choirs to sing the pregame national anthem.
