I am currently a Junior at The University of Iowa, where I am pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance, and a certificate in International business. During my journey, I have gained a basic understanding on financial principles. I have sought out challenging courses throughout my academic time here at The University of Iowa, thus allowing me to increase my knowledge and develop my skills while in the field. While attaining my degree, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study abroad. I was able to use this opportunity to grow my networking skills not only with English speakers, but also Greek speakers. Having a language barrier required creativity, as well as patience. This real world experience has allowed myself to excel in the classroom and any other extracurricular activities.After graduation I am hopeful to have an opportunity, and use my skillset throughout my career to enhance business growth and insight. I am excited to broaden my skills with an organization in which has a growth mindset for improvement and innovation.
