Reporting to the Regional VP ANZ, responsible for global DRIVE program implementation and supporting initiative owners to increase overall business OM.

Reporting to Director of Operations, responsible for leading Service Quality, Compliance & Data analytics; ANZ cross-functional lead of the Quality Driven Management (QDM) continuous improvement program.

Reporting to General Manager International Operations, responsible for leading and managing the National Customs team ensuring timely and accurate clearance of all consignments through our Global Express network.Areas of responsibility include Cargo automation and reporting of all inbound flights; Tariff classification and lodgement of entries to ABF; Collection of payments of duties and taxes from our customers; and Customs Compliance.

Reporting to Director of Customs, responsible for managing KPMG's client portfolio relating to Customs, Excise and Transfer Pricing, providing professional advice in line with their specific requirements.

Customs Compliance Program Management:- Successfully implemented and managed a key global “Customs Compliance” Client program- Implemented compliance processes for HS Tariff, IOR, Country of Origin and Clearance timeframe KPIs consistently exceeding targets- Closed gaps in processes to meet quarterly targets- Utilised process, reporting, and training manuals to train clearance personnelGeneral Management:- Managed compliance for major clients in areas such as tariff classification, valuation, TCOs and other special requirements. - Responsibility for managing 65 staff in Australia and Fiji to process approx. 8,000+ formal clearances per week- Created and maintained comprehensive process and policy manuals to streamline processes which helped drive significant productivity improvements.Project Management:- Key member of the “Performance Dialog” rollout for DHL Express AU, aimed at continuous improvement, greater visibility, work distribution and both top-down and bottom-up communication.- Trained and developed staff in Fiji team- Handled major Customs Audit in 2011 for NSW, SA and WA- Designed and developed a comprehensive Classifier Training Course- Streamlined the Duty refund process through IT refinements
