As an AE consultant I am active at various clients in a variety of projects in roles ranging from business and management consultant to business architect and analyst, innovation facilitator and functional analyst. Here below you can find a short chronological overview starting from the most recent:-I am one of the initiative takers to further develop our knowledge, expertise and offering regarding ecosystem thinking, platform mobilization and ecosystem innovation-Contributed to setting up the financial follow-up part of the incubation process at AE-Followed the blockchain evolution in the market since end of 2015 and started the blockchain initiative at AE end of 2017 which lead to a blockchain offering well integrated in our organisation-Took the role of Knowledge Coordinator within the Business and Application Analysis and Architecture Capability core team during 2017-Was part of the core team responsible for defining and implementing the AE bottom-up business plan creation methodology in 2015

As a business consultant I am responsible for initiating, defining, scoping and launching multiple projects at AXA Bank. The project I am currently working on is part of the program focusing on AI:-The project's aim is to automatise certain processes based on cognitive recognition technologyThe previous projects I've been working on are:Two projects within the GDPR program:-One project concerns anything that has to do with giving data subjects more transparency over what the bank does with his/her data and giving the data subject more control over its data. -The other project concerns the record of processing (a deliverable that is obligatory by GDPR) and anything that is related to ensuring the GDPR compliancy of the processes recorded in the record of processing.One project within the Digital Program:-Project for launching a new customer centric digital communication channel

Worked on moving the accounting activities from the legacy systems to the newly purchased package following SOA principles.Combined a business analyst/architect and functional analyst role. As a business analyst/architect I was responsible for discovering and defining the scope of the project and documenting the as is and to be business architecture. As a functional analyst I was responsible for writing the service specifications and the legacy adaption specifications.

Acquired by Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS)As a management consultant Arben has done various projects for clients. Internally he was responsible for the preparation of RFP’s together with the sales team and for doing research on cards innovation and big data. The research on cards innovation was with the aim to give Clear2Pay’s clients in general more insights in what is going on in the market. The big data research was with the aim to develop a new service offer.
