Responsibility for recruitment and support of students from Canada and USA.

Providing assistance for both incoming and outgoing students who are engaging in international mobility. Supporting students throughout the mobility period, from initial enquiries through to follow up events when they return. Plan and run events including Study Abroad fair and prospective student visits.Engaging with distinguished alumni with a view to engaging them in school-wide events and to encourage them to offer opportunities to our current students. Also advising them on opportunities that the school offers to them, including Executive Education and Apprenticeships. Developing a process to ensure that KPI's are met and that we are engaging with distinguished alumni on a regular basis.

This role was based in the Student Accommodation Centre and comprised day to day customer relations with a variety of internal and external customers. The focus of the role was maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction and also required strong skills in event organisation, data analysis and communication.
