The role was very varied and hands on with me taking part in sales strategy, marketing, customer relationship management (SAP), telephone enquiries and many more areas of sales and marketing helping the company to improve on annual sales turnover and I managed to put many of the skills learnt at university into practice. Further to this, through the use of Leader CIP I was able to present any ideas for internal improvement on a monthly basis, some of which were accepted and are now used in practice.
