Developed initial conceptual aircraft layouts as part of an initial team of 12 that started the program. Created design guidelines and tools to streamline on-boarding of engineers. Hired and managed a team of 20+ engineers to support the design, manufacture and flight of the prototype aircraft in less than two years. Led integration of the egress system, including the development of safety and training protocols to ensure safe integration and operation. Part of a small team tasked with developing composite design and manufacturing technology that would enable a next-generation, small cabin business jet design. Conceptualized, designed, manufactured and tested numerous concepts and test articles ranging from coupon and sub-components to full-scale fuselage and birdstrike test articles. Conducted cost analysis to analyze and compare composite methodologies. Conducted sourcing of tooling and components as required by internal capacity. Coordinated concepts and methodologies across parent company business units. Was the lead engineer in the testing and selection of a composite design workbench for integration into CATIA. Developed composite design methodologies and guidelines to ensure consistent designs. Managed an internal team of up to eight engineers supporting test article design. Participated as a member of the MBD working group, developing standards and rules for MBD implementation. Developed CATIA macro's to automate population of an aircraft fuselage with fully-parameterized primary-structural members from a lines control model, reducing the time to produce initial layouts from weeks to 30min. Provide conceptual structural layouts, lines control models, mechanical systems designs and ergonomics analysis. Coordinate concepts with ASIP, Manufacturing, Flight Controls, Systems and other relevant disciplines. Develop design reviews and analysis in support of NP&SI gate reviews. Designed a variety of monolithic wing skins for a monolithic wing skin test program.

Design Engineer. Development of post-certification projects and manufacturing repairs for Citation Mustang. Design and development of Citation CJ4 ailerons, trim tabs and attach structures. Collaborate with ASIP, Manufacturing, Flight Controls and other relevant SME's to produce designs, models and drawings to project requirements on time and schedule.
