Benjamin’s experience includes producing Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes (PPMP’s); Schedule of Condition reports, Pre-Acquisition Survey reports, Defect Analysis/Diagnosis reports, Space Planning, Land Registry Compliant Lease/Title plans, Minor works design drawings, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Assisting with Dilapidations settlements ranging from £10,000 - £350,000 and Project Management duties to projects with contract values in excess of £350,000.Benjamin has shadowed multiple chartered surveyors acting as contract administrators on a number of both residential and commercial projects. Such involvement has led to experience in refurbishment, reinstatement and alteration works to modern, new build office buildings right through to historic, Grade II listed buildings.Benjamin has acted as assistant CDM Co-ordinator on multiple projects and as a result, has gained invaluable knowledge on health and safety aspects of construction work, becoming increasingly more familiar with the CDM Regulations 2007.
