After spending 27 years as a traditional employee working my way up to leadership roles, supervising second and third shift employees I eventually left my career to start a service-based business. Over the past five years, I've applied what I've learned, faced challenges, and experienced failures, but I've always moved forward, learning from my mistakes and achieving numerous successes.
