I am a people focused enthusiastic individual with a strong track record of execution backed up with over 15 years of Banking and Financial Services experience. Always trusted and always sought out by those around me my reputation hinges on doing the right thing at all times. My experience has primarily been in Investment Banking through FX & Commodities, but as a seasoned COO and Business Manager managing budgets of over £100 million and 1200 people, strategic thinking and Commercial understand has been the cornerstone of my job for the last few years. At Barclays I currently run Strategy and Governance for Operations within the Chief of Staff Office overseeing financials for a group of c30k individuals and a budget of £1.6bn. In addition I run Colleague Engagement for that group too as well as being Co - Chief Operating Officer for our award winning diversity Network EMBRACE.
