In this workplace I was responsible for making sure customers were satisfied with the experience and i was also put in charge of the safety of the patrons due to paintball being a very dangerous sport. I had to control large groups of people and also give orders to younger members of the team to make sure they worked to my standard. At the end of the day i needed to keep count of our assets to make sure nothing was stolen or tampered with and that everything was ready for the next day.I became Head Referee At WASP Canning Vale shortly before it got shut down due to swan brewery closing our land where we were stationed. I then moved to WASP Baldivis where I quickly went from Junior Referee to Head Referee again in the matter of weeks.I left working for WASP due to my opportunity to work for Direct Freight instead.

In this workplace I stared off as a casual dock-hand who was responsible for hard labour and helping out with lifting and was there to help out the drivers load and unload their freight. After this, my superiors noticed how hard I worked so I was able to sign a contract becoming a part time driver. Here i was responsible for representing the company and satisfying customers by delivering their stock in a professional and timely manor. I built good relationships with these people and enjoyed my job greatly. My supervisors again noticed my hard work so i was promoted to the office where i became the fleet controller for the entire Perth metro area and was also responsible to for sorting out all the paperwork for the drivers in the morning to make things as efficient as possible. My role also included looking after many of our biggest contacts and maintain good relations between them, and even towards the end of my time at direct I handled the majority of Perth Customer service to help locate and deliver freight to worried customers. I left the company recently because I was no longer challenged and needed something new to pursue.
