This experience led me to obtain my real estate license in California, eventually expanding to three additional states. My career evolved from single-family sales to large-scale multifamily projects, raising hundreds of millions in capital to reposition apartment complexes across the western U.S. This journey deepened my understanding of real estate’s potential to generate both economic and environmental impact.Seeing the critical role of energy efficiency in real estate, especially in the commercial sector, inspired me to co-found EnergyHUB 360.
