Management and coordination of inbound logistics  Management of Promasidor Nigeria Limited’s Port-to-Plant operations, offloading of containers and palletization and warehousing of received imported raw and packaging materials. Management of warehousing of locally supplied raw and packaging materials Management of raw and packaging materials warehouses operations in 4 locations – reception, warehousing and issuance of raw and packaging materials to production Manage daily inventory of both the raw and packaging material valued at over NGN 50 billion only using FIFO principles and LIFO principle when the need arises.  Carry out life cycle analysis of raw and packaging materials and advice marketing and procurement accordingly. Ensures good Housekeeping in all warehouses and in accordance to NAFDAC and SON requirements.Management of outbound logistics,  Management of movement of finished goods from production factories to 3 finished goods warehouse locations. Coordinates loading and distribution of finished goods to 2 company’s upcountry warehouses and 33 third party warehouses. Coordinates and schedules loading distribution of finished goods from Promasidor warehouses to customers via direct distribution operations (DDO). Ensures that a minimum of 30 trucks are loaded out with finished goods on a daily basis. Manage daily finished good inventory valued at NGN45 billion only using FIFO principles and LIFO principle when the need arises. Daily monitoring of inventory position of finished goods at the various depots pan Nigeria.  Ensure good Housekeeping in all warehouses and in accordance to NAFDAC and SON requirements Monitor the Good Housekeeping activities in all the depots and ensure that corrective measures are taken when there are deviations.Management of import and export shipping, operationsManagement of transport, distribution and depot operationsGeneral Operations
