Currently working as the Operations Manager of Marrfish. Established in January 2011 we are rapidly growing our business by taking the best quality fish from our own vessels in Scotland into our site at Stansted before preparing them to chefs exacting spefications.We currently service Greater London, Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire with expansion plans into neighbouring counties to take place later this year.Our goals are to supply quality fish to the modern day caterer that will appreciate the journey it has taken to reach their kitchen
