I have now setup my own company Taurus IT Ltd, I am the managing director of the company. We offer IT solutions & Support to companies, using 8 years of knowledge in the industry to help companies grow their IT.I have worked as a Senior Technician, and was an active member of the Helpdesk team, providing day-to-day support for customers. I have worked on helpdesk assisting customer with various issues and have used my expertise to rectify various technical issues. I am well versed in various server and desktop operating systems and Office 365. I started my IT career as an apprentice and have earnt a level 3 City and Guilds Diploma in IT Professional Competency.
