As a Digital Resourcing Team Manager at Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), I manage the recruitment and retention of digital talent for the organisation. I have a Bachelor's degree in Uniformed Public Services from the University of the West of England, and I have years of work experience in resourcing, training, and sales. I have developed and delivered training programs for new and existing staff, both online and face to face, using my skills in Train the Trainer, Public Speaking, and Microsoft Office. I have also worked as a Resourcing Advisor at SUEZ and a Sales Trainer at RAC, where I supported the hiring, onboarding, and development of high-performing teams. I am passionate about finding and nurturing the best people for the digital transformation of public services, and I strive to create a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
