In 2009 I completed my college degree with a Major in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing. While working on my degree I ran and operated a multi unit automotive collision repair company. My duties were to oversee and assist in all operations of the business. The knowledge I gained in the way of running a business at this operation was an experience that few are as fortunate to have enjoyed. Prior to the collision centers I worked for two different big box retailers in the areas of departmental management. My duties in these positions included personnel, sales, and sales floor management. From 2009 through 2015 I worked at Genuine Parts Company for the Automotive Parts Group you know as NAPA Auto Parts. I completed a one year long District Manager training program based in San Antonio. After the completion of my program I was promoted to the position of Area Manager out of NAPA's Minneapolis district. After spending 1 year in Minneapolis I was promoted to District Manager of NAPA's Knoxville district. As a District Manager I was responsible for the daily operations and sales of 14 company owned operations. I was tasked with increasing the sales and profitability of the Knoxville group while maintaining operational excellence. In late 2015 I decided to go out on my own and get back to my roots. Owning my own business is something I have always aspired to do. Farm Focused is becoming one of the most trusted brands in the industry.
