I have the wonderful opportunity to lead our Operations Team of more than 650 Team Members providing services and manufacturing throughout Texas and Oklahoma. We provide Food Service, Commissary Service, Postal Service, Lawn and Landscaping Services to the Federal Government (Air Force and Army Installations). We also provide document imaging and shredding services, as well as kitting and packaging of various products. We are a manufacturer of metal and wood product for the Federal Government and the Commercial Market Place. We provide a broad range of services to TxDOT and many commercial and industrial clients. As COO at Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc, I am responsible for providing strategic guidance, leadership and overall operations management. Developed and managed the Supply Chain Outsourcing Agreement with Capgemini Energy, which included more than 100 Supply Chain professionals providing both Direct and Indirect Procurement Services. The services were delivered on site in DFW, as well as in Krakow Poland.
