- Manage all NetSuite charge-based billing rules, billing schedules and procedural changes to ensure data accuracy- Review job/project revenue and expense data on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and consistency with the use of NetSuite data integrity searches. - Prepare all cost, time and revenue moves to maintain the data integrity of NetSuite jobs- Complete quarterly ASCAP, Insurance and Finance fee calculations by job for executive review. - Create and deliver monthly job profitability reports and forecast analysis to company executives, giving them detailed insight into sales performance - Implement and maintain an automated billing process for the Accounts Receivable Department, with the end goal being less manual work, while improving processing time- Work directly with Sales Department to identify and resolve any data integrity issues which in turn led to better forecasting and reporting- Assist company's NetSuite Administrator in developing dashboards within NetSuite, which assisted in improved revenue tracking- Prepare monthly aging reports, to assist in monthly financial close

- Temporary help within the Department of Finance at InVision Communications- Reviewed and organized all Master Service Agreements at the company into a spreadsheet to better track trends within the contracts- Organized and entered incoming bills during a period of high volume, which in turn, allowed for quicker payment to our vendors
