Based at Centurion House in Manchester city centre and Kings House, South Manchester, our sphere of work is mainly in the North West of England, however we do undertake acquisitions and disposals for corporate and investors clients throughout the UK and Ireland. Having worked for some of the major property firms in the North the aim of the directors of TFC was to establish a practice that could provide a concise and considered approach to property for our clients on a one to one basis without having the quality of advice diluted by too many cooks!Accordingly our work remains selective but not restrictive. We specialise in the provision of commercial property advice and pride ourselves in taking a proactive approach to instructions. The majority of advice we give to clients is in a brokerage capacity on both disposals and acquisitions within the industrial,office, retail and leisure sectors of the market. We also provide full asset management and brokerage services for income producing investments within these fields but also have considerable experience in commercial and residential ground rent portfolios.We also provide professional services for rent reviews, valuations for accounting, pension and other non secured lending purposes as well as the provision of advice on schedules of dilapidations and condition.
