A little about myself,I am a self-driven climate solution enthusiast determined to clean the impact of humans on nature through research, design, and education.As an Assistant Director for a small non-profit, I play an essential role in leading and mentoring staff in marketing, operations, community engagement, and DEI. Working in a small and fast-paced environment wearing many hats has become a daily necessity. Whether I am making last-minute changes to trips or growing the scope of our team's work I always enjoy the challenge of stepping up. While this job is extremely fulfilling, and I intend to maintain it, I want to develop a career in climate in the form of UX Research. I am searching for a company that can match my fervor for solving climate-related issues with a focus on reforestation and environmental justice. Why UX Research you ask?
