Quality is a habit, and the effective planning and delivery of end user focused, dynamic and training supports you in improving your day to day. Currently leading bespoke, original projects including The Savills IT Skills Academy, a suite of Communications courses and developing the delivery side of the Savills Induction process. Surrounded by like-minded individuals committed to delivering high quality, effective training across the business. Constantly searching out and aspiring to acquire new and largely transferable skills. I am passionate about supporting improvement and seek to support wherever I can. I am fascinated by behavioural psychology, a voracious reader and take time to travel wherever possible. Fundamental interests that continue to shape my practice from utilising Jungian theories underpinning DISC or Myers-Briggs to the incorporation of Individual Learning Style theory threaded through a lens of well-known cultural references and everyday observations to create simple analogies and entrancing story telling. All this in the name of learning. Having worked in education for a number of years, I have continually had and taken opportunities both to develop my own practice and support others in theirs. I delivered sessions developed and designed on the solving of a specific problem and illuminating the value communicated by the solution. To paraphrase the proverbial; “A problem shared is a problem solved.”
