Utilised system improvements to drive 40% improvement in all KPI's and substantial cost reductions.• Finance team leader for major acquisition of Wreckair (from Brambles) and the integration of the business into Coates Hire

Botany Nsw

• FMCG Company manufacturing, marketing and distribution of wines & spirits (Chivas Regal, Black Douglas, Cougar Bourbon, Mumm)• Responsibility for Finance and Administration functions of the Australasia business to it's parent company in New York. Full US reporting requirements.• Full strategic review and restructure of the business implementing divestment of non performing operations, creation of new brands (Cougar), moved to new indirect distribution channels (improving gross margins by 2.5% and greater coverage for Revenue) and centralisation of all manufacturing facilities to drive cost improvements. Overall result turned loss business into 15% EBITDA.• Australasia strategy used in Asia Pacific as model for business improvement• Special project (six months located in New York) for Seagram's worldwide, reporting direct to New York Board, for re-engineering of the global Human Resources functions. Project completed on time on budget and recommendations fully implemented.
