I am a senior scientist with 10+ years industrial experience, now working at Penrhos Bio as R&D lead. My goal is to take their ground-breaking biofilm inhibition technology and create new stable formulations for a variety of sectors, such as dental hygiene, paints/coatings, textiles and marine anti-fouling. My greatest strength is my creativity, and ability to generate and implement new ideas within a breadth of scientific fields. In contrast, my extensive work in process development keeps me focused on future scale-up and manufacturing, grounding my naturally creative instincts.Through a combination of formulation expertise and process/scale-up, I've taken a number of products from ideation all the way to manufacture and eventual commercialization.
