Ben has had a wide ranging professional career and wears several hats: his time is spent serving as a sports agent, strategy consultant, race producer and coach, and lastly pursuing his passion for long distance running and sport in general. This led Ben to create Jackrabbit Race Management where he coaches runners of all ages and abilities while producing and timing endurance events. He also heads One World Athletics where he coaches and manages several elite runners from the UK and Kenya. This passion for sport resulted from Ben's time spent as competitive runner that began in college and since continued having qualified for and competed at the 2020 Olympic Trials with a 2:16 marathon.As a consultant, Ben's company, Adobe Strategies, has been involved in numerous projects with the twenty-three Native American tribes in New Mexico as well as additional clients from the government, non-profit, and private consulting sectors. From these ventures, Ben has gained a set of abilities and skills that are applicable to a wide range of settings, from strategic analysis and planning, to communications and marketing, to product development and design. In all his work, he aims for excellence while being realistic of client constraints: He doesn't let perfection be the enemy of the good, but always put forth the best work possible.
