As a graphic designer and web producer working in the promotions department I handled a variety of different responsibilities including but not limited to:• Motion Graphics via Adobe After Effects• Content Management System development for Your4State.com and mobile apps• Creative design for the advertising department (web ads, eblasts, website takeovers)• Trafficking of all advertising on Your4State.com and mobile apps through AdTech• Shooting and editing of promotional video to run on air • Fullscreen graphics and images used in local news broadcasts.• Creative design of all promotional materials (Posters, billboards, clothing, etc.)

While working for SCSC as a government contractor for Fema/DHS under the USFA (United States Fire Administration) I handled a variety of responibilities including:• Layout and editing of technical manuals and complex instructional books from conception to finished project in Adobe InDesign and providing print ready pdf's for the GPO (Government Publishing Office) as well as 508-compliant pdf's for upload to www.usfa.fema.gov• Illustrating and editing data-intensive infographics for said manuals and instructional books using Microsoft Visio and Adobe InDesign.• Creative design of promotional materials (Bookmarks, tshirts, stickers, etc.) provided to educators, emergency responders and the general public through the United States Fire Administration.• Layout and editing of a weekly educational training series viewed by thousands of subscribers• Chronological backup and organization of all files to DVD/hard drive

While working at the Herald-Mail I handled:• Creation of advertisements to run in the daily paper and various publications.• Provided content from the Associated Press and layout for a weekly Real Estate special section insert in the newspaper, following adherence to the AP Style Guide.• Layout and pagination of the daily paper and formatting of the classified advertisments.• Creative layout and design for a lifestyle magazine.• Chair on the rebranding committee working to provide a fresh, new look for the newspaper.• Logo design

My time at The Times-Union was spent creating full page advertisements for The Florida Times-Union/Georgia Times-Union.
