My studies throughout my time in school have led me to develop a strong interest in economics and becoming a business manager in my future. I have been able to develop and show my leadership skills through being a prefect and partaking in extra-curricular activities. I have mentored younger students to support them through GCSEs, coached junior rugby teams and worked as a leader at an all-sports summer camp. These have helped strengthen both my interpersonal and motivational skills. Working with younger people has also helped me academically; their unpredictable nature and constant questioning has guided me to improve my problem solving and deeper thinking skills. Taking part in many sporting activities while studying has required me to effectively prioritise and manage my time. This is a strength of mine as I have had deal with having dyslexia during my studies meaning I have had to devote extra time to my schoolwork while remaining involved in various extracurricular activities.
