As a journalist, I get to meet new people in the community and make new friends. I like to think of myself as a people person. Living in Scranton almost my whole life, I never knew the Abington area too well. It wasn't until I became a reporter for the newspaper, The Abington Journal, that I've had the opportunity to see what a friendly community-based town Clarks Summit and the rest of the towns in the Abington area really are. I've also met church friends, who helped me strengthen my faith in Jesus, in a church in Clarks Summit called Summit Baptist Bible Church.I enjoy reading and writing stories about the community. I also enjoy playing piano.
