● Assisted in Implementing a new Security Information and Event Management System for Certified Nets and its clients● Fine-tuned the Perch SIEM to limit the amount of false positive events that were reported● Managed the email phishing simulations, HIPAA compliance and cyber security training of Certified Net’s clients● Analyzed events and alerts that the SIEM triggered and resolved them to prevent security incidents occurring ● Set up and managed the email spam filter for Certified Nets and its clients● Managed and reorganized the antivirus solution for Certified Nets to run more effectively ● Oversaw the creation and termination of users in the Active Directory, 365 Environment and other software● Implemented Risky Sign on Alerts in the Office 365 environment of Certified Nets and its clients ● Reworked the new machine build process to be more streamlined and to update it to fit the current version of Windows ● Used scripting to automate reports, patching of machines, and installation of new software
