As Team Principal, I am managing and coordinating a team to design, build and race an electric race-car for the Formula SAE competition.Some responsibilities include:● Setting high-level team goals● Organising and holding team meetings● Managing timelines, communicating system deadlines and assisting with the creation of contingency plans● Providing advice (e.g. conflict resolution, time management skills, etc)● Facilitating high-level problem resolution● Facilitating relations with university officials

● Responsible for the design and manufacture of a suspension, steering and braking system for a Formula Student vehicle● Required high level integration with other systems within the team● Oversee the Vehicle Dynamics team and manage members● Analysis and optimization of the kinematics of the vehicle using simulation software (Optimum Kinematics) and, also, using CAD (SolidWorks) for the detailed design of the various vehicle components. ● Responsible of the vehicle dynamics tuning for the various races at the FSAE competition.
