Online share trading is a crazy place, and there two things that fascinate me the most about new share trading clients and existing sharing trade clients. First: where do you start when you want to start trading? what should you buy and when. Second: you have been trading for a while, where do you go now? what else is available and what do you want to do with it. How as software and online trading provider, how do I communicate in a way that educates traders on way to improve and optimize their trading via the tools they have.I have enjoyed many major projects where I have worked with software developers to create new online trading software and been able to give hands on experience on what tools the traders need. Then looking ahead where they need to enhance the functionality and user experience, taught me the following about myself:I can successfully create, grow and optimize a users experience with the software.- I put the customer at the centre of all I do.- I excel at the execution of big ideas with given restraints.- Most of the time I know what I am doing, but seeking data for my decision determines it.I want to be a better person, so I educate, refine and challenge myself.- I stay calm when faced with adversity.- I focus on making the best decision for the circumstances.- The buck stops with me, I am responsible and if it didn't work that way, how else can it be done.I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives and understanding how they can improve my skills.
