I am also part of the OOH team, where I review server and security monitoring and respond to client calls.I have earned multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, demonstrating my expertise and commitment to learning and development. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, solving complex problems, and delivering excellent customer service.
