Ben has gathered 10 years consistent hospitality experience mostly preparing espresso. Having owned and operated his own organic cafe in Peregian beach (embellish organics) he has a broad view of what is required for small business on the sunshine coast.Ben has an interest is minimising environmental impacts within his workplace and has studied environmental health locally to provide him with a good knowledge base on how humans interact within their environments. However his passion for coffee has led him towards his latest venture bring rise to the cold drip methods of cauldron coffee.
