Among the many ranch duties, I own and operate a dog training business focusing on behavioral modifications. Providing troubled dogs with a second chance at a better future is rewarding.

As an Assistant Manager I am primarily responsible for the training of newly hired personnel, ensuring that all of their new hire training applications have been completed as well as the timely completion of their on the job training modules required by our corporate department. I am responsible for the upkeep and proper marketing of specific areas of the store. As a Management requirement, I am a licensed firearm salesperson as well as a licensed firearm instructor. Management duties include opening or closing the store, maintaining possession of secured keys for the store at all times with an excess of $1 million in merchandise. During opening or closing I am responsible for the proper counting and security of the store safe, ensuring that it is up to date for all of the cashier tills that are checked out and in, as well as ensuring that there are no monetary discrepancies for the store fund. Other monetary responsibilities are the money drops at the end of the mid shift and the final drop at the end of the night to ensure that the store fund is kept up to date and that not too much cash is kept on hand. Supervision of 6-8 employee's during every shift, and have the responsibility of ensuring that all scheduled personnel are properly busy and ensuring that projects and sales goals are being accomplished. Ensuring that merchandise is not being stolen, watching for possible shoplifting, liaising with local law enforcement during known theft protocols as well as providing reviews for our employees. I provide feedback for new hire personnel and assist in the interviewing and identification of good candidates.

I am a Financial Representative of a comprehensive financial services practice, focusing in helping individuals, families and businesses to protect, preserve and build their net worth. I assist clients in identifying and understanding personal needs and life goals while leveraging the expertise of Northwestern Mutual, one of the most admired financial companies in the world, to assist in meeting those goals. Northwestern Mutual utilizes a holistic approach in creating a road map towards financial security for individuals, families and businesses.

As a Human Intelligence Collection Team Leader, I manage multidimensional operations revolving around strategic, tactical and operational HUMINT collection operations. Conduct daily missions and ongoing operations to include the planning, preparation, execution, collection, processing and production of intelligence products. Coordinated daily multinational operations to include joint reconnaissance missions. All missions were planned, prepared and executed to gather information to satisfy the commander's intelligence requirements and cross-cue other intelligence disciplines. Other duties include Liaising with host nation (HN) officials and allied counterparts, eliciting information from select sources, debriefing US and allied forces and civilian personnel including refugees, displaced persons (DPs), third-country nationals, and local inhabitants and initially exploiting documents, media, and materiel.

As the Brigade Career Counselor, my duties involved the strength maintenance for all of the subordinate units within the 100th Troop Command Brigade. Provided bi-weekly reports for the Brigade Commander and presentations at the monthly Brigade Staff Meetings encompassing the overall strength of the Brigade, and the projected losses and gains broken down by rank and Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). Managed subordinate Battalion Career Counselors, and increased the overall retention on the Brigade Commanders scorecard during my tenure.

California Army National Guard Family Support Initiative. During this period I worked full time as the Assistant Team Leader of 8 full time Army soldiers, and a team of 40 personnel that I trained, staffed and supervised in the performance of final Military Honors for Veterans throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Team 3 completed over 150 funerals a month, and was the heaviest contributing team in the statewide program's ability to complete over 10,000 Military Honors a year for the 4 years that I was a part of the team.

California Army National Guard Family Support Initiative. As a member of the Honor Guard, with a dedicated position as a live Bugler, I provided direct support for over 1,700 families in the arranging of Military Honors, the presentation of Honors and moral support whenever possible.
