Founded by four cycle enthusiast friends with an eye for European style, we seek out unheralded, handmade bicycles from across cycling’s Northern European heartland – heritage brands, each with their own unique look and style but united by a common sense of history and hand-built quality.In a market that’s increasingly-flooded with identikit bikes, Baltic Bicycle Co. looks for something different and a little bit special – bikes that stand out from the crowd and recognise that cycling is about more than just getting from A to B. We’ve made it our mission to source beautiful and functional bicycles that are built to last for daily travel around the city and beyond. Renovation of an existingex local authority tower block and the development of a reinterpretation of the villa typology on a potentially sensitive site in Sefton Park. My role was to design the Villa element of the scheme in coordination with the refurbished tower andthe local context.Casinos. In 2003 BIL gaming acquired the Thistle hotel chain with the intention of installing a casino in each and everylocation. We produced schemes for over 40 location and co-ordinated these with specialist licensing, gaming an planning applications.Healthcare Initiative. These proposals were presented as part of an overall financial package involving GP partnership/ pension and finance arrangements.St Kevins - Kirkby. 52 new properties for a Housing Association who's tenants were being relocated as part of the Tesco/Everton stadium development.Involving regular consultation with tenant groups. The development of CFSH Lvl3 homes in accordance with HQI and Lifetime homes Standards.
