Support Division President with financial and operational analysis, and partner with VP of Sales and Operations to drive profitable growth. Promote strong financial stewardship by driving forecast accuracy, balance sheet integrity, controlling costs, conforming to corporate financial policies, and ensuring and maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Responsible for the integrity of Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Quarterly SEC reporting, management of internal and external audits, and balance sheet review process. Development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures to satisfy changes in accounting standards.

Responsible for the overall financial leadership and management of the API Product Line within the Engineered Systems Business including budgeting, controlling, financial planning & analysis, and internal controls.

Responsible for leading and managing the FP&A function at Eaton Corp's $1.5B Crouse-Hinds Division.

Manage all aspects of Program Finance which included establishing work packages, analyzing cost and schedule, approving payments to subcontractors and banks, P&L and Cash Flow analysis, leading Estimate at Complete process, advising program and financial management of cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic concerns.
