Ben Greenfield is a OOO at Career Break. Colleagues describe him as "I had the pleasure of being not once, but twice time manager for the SDR internship program along with the BDR inbound team during the summer of 2019 & spring of 2020. As an intern, Ben was tasked with supporting a very strategic and impactful group, the Sales Development team, largely supporting Enterprise East. Ben took on several projects, like prospecting into top accounts, finding compelling reasons to reach out to prospects and customers, working cross-functionally with marketing efforts for additional outreach, and even jumped on the phones toward the end of the internship to really put all into practice the knowledge that Ben learned over the summer. As a Business Development Rep, Ben took to the role very quickly, overachieving on ramp and quickly providing repeatable pipeline as he moved through his BDR tenure. Ben had aspirations of joining our Named Team, again supporting our most strategic accounts, and he accomplished that milestone and joined the Named SDR team within a quick turnaround as a BDR. Ben is bright, eager and extremely easy to work with and manage who constantly raises his hand to help and teach back to his peers. Ben has an incredibly bright future at Okta as he firms up his path to his next milestone.
