Assistant teacher in multiple classrooms for children ages 3-5 in a play-based preschool with a focus on nurturing children’s interests and social and emotional development. In this position I've worked to create a welcoming classroom where students can feel comfortable. I have helped develop and implement curriculum that promotes children's math, science, observation, play and creative skills. I routinely write detailed reports on my students and discuss their progress and development with their parents throughout the year.
