Setpoint Systems is master-integrator of building automation systems and IoT devices; offering complete building control integration for facilities of any size and degree of complexity. I am responsible for the full sales life-cycle: contacting, qualifying, consulting, selling and servicing new and existing end-user customers including Lockheed Martin, UCCS, Westminster Public Schools, Longmont United Hospital, and Garden of the Gods Business Park.

• Lead PM for the general construction of the tenant’s retail dispensary stores• Assistant PM for a 177,308 sf conversion of a 1-story warehouse to a 2-story plant husbandry.• Work closely with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to follow architectural drawings, make project timetables, supervise onsite contractors, call in inspections and make sure project is up to code. Directly supervised over 20 workers.• Manage existing facility to ensure the tenants have the most suitable working environment for their employees. • Source building materials to procure the best quality and negotiate the most cost efficient parts to complete the build.

• Took over a store that did $720,00 the previous year and grew yearly sales to $1,548,000 in 10 months. Increased margin from 52% to 54% while growing at 115%. Grew active customers from 85 per month to an average of 110 per month. • Developed and executed sales plans with an inside and outside sales team which included: blocking time for sales prep, scheduling vendors, prospecting, customer mapping, nurturing existing customers, and prepping for phone calls. • Effectively communicated business statistics & progress towards goals to motivate the performance of others.• Responsible for hitting store sales, margin and freight numbers while managing costs of goods and outside expenses. • Ranked #2 performing store in the country out of 2,500+ stores for 2015 based on growth and margin.
