E-Scholars is a 9-month program taught through The Regnier Institute and the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Our MBA and Ph.D professors and outside instructors teach you the basics of business administration, from legal considerations to testing market feasibility to sales and CRM. We then pair you with mentors, active and retired KC business leaders with skill sets that complement your venture to help guide you. I recruit and connect students and mentors for creative collaboration and to further entrepreneurial ventures in Kansas City• Identify and recruit students and Kansas-City area business leaders and professional mentors for the Entrepreneurship Scholars, Summer Scholars, Vets 2 Ventures, and other programs.• Act as primary liaison for partners and clients, build and maintain relationships with them.• Interact with clients and partners involved with dozens of different industries and specialties, coordinate their interactions, recognize complementary strengths, and and creating cohesive teams from among them to optimize client progress and growth.• Coordinate with executive leadership to design and optimize all-new marketing and CRM• Act as proxy for executive leadership to meet and establish new client and partner relationships.• Collaborate with teams to produce effective recruitment and marketing campaigns, and manage and implement brand positioning.

• Teach Senior-level coursework on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Marketing• Grade and assess undergraduate business students' knowledge and understanding of course material, provide feedback to them and offer encouragement and insight for improvement.• Collaborate with other professors and administrators to create and improve courses and a curricula that provide meaningful and critical skills to business students.
