I direct a team of highly motivated business analysts in two different markets in an attempt to architect solutions to present the best possible functionality for the vast portfolio of clients of Utilant's Loss Control 360 platform. Additionally, I advise the CEO and COO on strategic initiatives to enhance the platform and experience for both our internal staff and our clientele. My primary focus is developing and routinely fine-tuning the information transfer process between all different departments within Utilant's organization.

In this position I manage a team of highly capable analysts to ensure that we provide detailed and carefully crafted solutions for clients being introduced to the LossControl360 platform, and ensure that any custom development work for clients currently utilizing the LossControl360 platform is well documented and exceeds the client's expectations. I also act as a member of the product council to ensure that any core application modifications and enhancements are applicable to the broader suite of services and ensure that the details are thoroughly documented so that they can be communicated both externally and internally.

Oversee all Carrier account representatives on issues relating to their clients and the LC360 system, approve/decline/coordinate PTO for the department, serve as Level 2 technical support for client issues, regulate and manage tickets passing through the Carrier team, ensure client tickets are prioritized and placed in the proper development sprint, weekly report to the CEO regarding department resource allocation and time service, monthly report to stakeholders regarding client invoiced hours and profitability, serve as Subject Matter Expert for the LC360 Carrier platform and attend 10-20 discovery meetings per rollout, assess and interview possible candidates for the Carrier team, determine and enforce standardization of initial configuration of the LC360 Carrier system, serve as an escalation point for any client issues, work with upper management to create company SOPs for ticketing and cross-department communication, serve as account representative for high-profile, low-interaction clients, work with QA and Development to ensure that releases can be tested and deployed efficiently while not interrupting client efficiency or training schedules, review and analyze larger client initiatives to ensure that it is done efficiently and has no larger impact on the system as a whole, back or assist the Support and Vendor Accounts Manager during PTO, responsible for training internal users on the LC360 Carrier platform, and be responsible for staying up to date on the current state of the platform to “train the trainer” and ensure that internal knowledge is up to date
